Agape Table is seeking an Executive Director

The mission of Agape Table is to enhance the lives of those in need in Winnipeg with weekday breakfasts and affordable healthy groceries. Welcoming everyone to the table without judgement or bias, collaborating with other organizations to understand and respond to community needs, and to connect guests to other vital services in the community. Agape’s ongoing goal is to attract and engage compassionate volunteers, employees, and donors from all walks of life.

The board of directors are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual with proven experience in non-profit operations, program development and success in fund raising activities to lead the organization. The candidate will be committed to Agape Table promoting the mission and increasing community awareness of Agape and its services.

In addition, the ideal candidate has strong communication skills, relationship building skills and experience with operations, financial and accounting management.

The Executive Director will be the face of Agape Table in the community and amongst key stakeholders including all levels of government, community leaders and agencies. The Executive Director will be responsible for directing staff and volunteers to manage daily operations and programs with an approved annual budget.

The successful candidate is a leader, a manager and a team builder.
