Supporting Employment and Economic Development Winnipeg Inc.  (SEED) is a community economic development organization.  We operate programs to support individuals living on low incomes to access government benefits, save for the future and build their assets.  SEED also works to address poverty through systems and policy change.  The Administrative Coordinator for Asset Building Programs works in collaboration with other Asset Building Programs staff to coordinate and provide administrative support for recruitment, intake, money management training, database management, case management and other areas of program delivery.  The successful candidate will be someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and has the ability to adapt and develop administrative systems in response to program chances.  We are looking for someone who is a quick learner, highly motivated, detail-oriented, and has the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.  This position will require someone with the flexibility to work evenings and on weekends as required.
