Vita Health is seeking a Purchasing Coordinator

Vita Health Fresh Market is currently looking for a Purchasing Coordinator to be working out of our Osborne Village office. The Purchasing Coordinator is responsible for the physical ordering of promotional items as well as making sure items are properly and competitively priced.

  • Purchasing of flyer and promotional items
  • Coordination of seasonal pre-books and buy-ins
  • Flyer/event/demo pricing
  • Inventory management relating to completed promotions
  • Flyer communication with stores
  • Event buy-ins
  • Price changes
  • Listing new items
  • Other duties as assigned by Operations Manager/Category Manager

The ideal candidate will have great communication skills, purchasing and inventory management experience. Knowledge of the natural health industry will be considered an asset. Duties include purchasing of flyer and promotional items, inventory management, price changes, coordination of seasonal pre-books and buy-ins, promotional pricing and other duties as assigned by the Category Manager and Operations Manager.
