SEED is hiring ten enthusiastic youth (15–30 years of age) to fill Junior Facilitator training positions in the Money Stories Program. The Money Stories Program delivers money management training that incorporates traditional Indigenous teachings and cultural values. Junior Facilitators will work collaboratively to facilitate virtual and in-person Money Stories classes under the supervision of senior Money Stories staff with additional guidance from community Elders. Junior Facilitators will participate in leadership and facilitator training, revise and develop learning activities and support the program as needed. This position is in-person and offers full-time hours of 35 hours per week. The wage for this position is $16/hour.

Successful candidates must:

· Identify as Indigenous (First Nations, Inuit, Métis)

· Have strong written and verbal communication skills

· Be a quick learner who is highly motivated to work with youth

· Have strong conflict resolution skills and be a demonstrated team player

· Be reliable and punctual

· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
