West End Resource Centre Grand Opening

Manitoba Eco-Network was happy to be a part of the West End Resource Centre’s grand opening under a new name. Winnipeggers will remember this group as the Daniel McIntyre St. Matthews Community Association (DMSMCA).

We had a table at the festivities with information about our project and a sandwich board where attendees could post their concerns and ideas about how to adapt to climate change. Our summer students, Tushar Raichura and Chathuri Mudalige, had their first outing in the community as well.
