How to Avoid Overwhelm as an Eco-Conscious Person

Since 1970, Earth Day has highlighted the need for ordinary people to advocate for the planet’s health and safety. The Earth’s health is tied into our own well-being. Unfortunately, advocacy can be very hard on us as humans and can leave us feeling tired and discouraged. That’s why we have joined with Kristina Hunter, a Winnipeg-based educator who is passionate about environmental and personal sustainability. We bring to you a presentation about ways to keep our health and spirits up as we do ongoing environmental work. You can access the recording here.
