Eco-Network Makes Further Submission On Right To Healthy Environment

On December 4, 2024, the Manitoba Eco-Network (MbEN) submitted further input on the Draft Implementation Framework for the Right to a Healthy Environment under the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 (“CEPA”).
