Seniors for Sustainability: Local Seniors Launch Fundraising Campaign for Environmental Groups Cut by Province
Manitoba Seniors for Sustainability, a volunteer-led coalition of local seniors, launched a fundraising campaign in May 2020 for environmental organizations including MbEN that lost core funding . It was hoped that a few thousand seniors receiving money from the province would donate their cheques to support environmental organizations such as MbEN.
