Hot off the press! Research Memorandums on Environmental Impact Assessment

Hot off the press! We have just published four research memorandums on the following topics:

Overview of previous recommendations to reform Manitoba’s Environment Act and impact assessment process
Cumulative Effects the
Regional Cumulative Effects
Outcomes-based Licensing

These research memorandums are being done a part of our Empowering Impact Assessment proejct that Manitoba Eco-Network is doing in collaboration with the Public Interest Law Centre and the University of Winnipeg.

We are still working on a few more research memorandums that we will hopefully be publishing subsequently, and our final report is scheduled to be released in mid-July.
